Who am I and why should you listen to me?
My name is Robin Nielsen, I’ve helped hundreds of people lose weight and feel better about themselves and their bodies.
Weight loss is a big deal for me. I know first hand how extra weight impacts your self-esteem and your ability to function at your highest level. At one point, all I ate was a bagel every day and not only couldn't lose weight but felt worse than ever. It's not always calories in, calories out. It's much more complicated than that.
I understand the impact of hormones and genetics on weight loss. I am a certified Schwarzbein practitioner which gives me a unique perspective on how hormones affect weight loss. I am also one of the few health care practitioners using the new FIT test that has been used so successfully on the Biggest Losers.
